Cindy McCain, Meet Your Husband
From HuffPost:
Cindy McCain said today that she expects her husband to clear the record at tonight’s debate and let America know where he truly stands.
McCain, who stopped to visit a half-dozen children at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt today, said the presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama has “waged the dirtiest campaign in American history,” and her husband Sen. John McCain will use tonight’s debate to correct the distortions.
Ms. McCain, please meet John McCain. Mr. McCain, Cindy. I’m glad you’ve finally met. I know you’ve heard so much about one another.
It is sadly ironic that she would accuse Obama of waging a dirty campaign. Wait, check that: “the dirtiest campaign in American history.”
Has she seen nothing the McCain campaign has done? Or is that all okay with her? I’m not suggesting that Obama hasn’t thrown some mud; he clearly has. But McCain has thrown more in this campaign than I can remember from other presidential campaigns in my lifetime.
I won’t recount the smears that McCain has tried here; I don’t want to give them any more amplification than they’ve already had. McCain has thrown low blow after low blow. And for Cindy McCain to accuse Obama of running “the dirtiest campaign in American history” is not only ironic, it’s delusional.

One word – delusional!
I wonder if Johnny will tell us tonight how much he loves the Confederate flag and never should have asked the South Carolina Statehouse to take their down?
