Obama Raises $52 Million in June

It looks to me like Obama’s gamble to opt out of government election funding was a good one.  In June alone, he has raised $52 million — more than half of the $87 million or so the government would have given him for the general election campaign.  His campaign is in good shape financially and I expect his fundraising will remain strong through the summer and into the fall.

Yeah! His goal is to have $400 million so he can hit all 50 states in September and October. Please donate if you can!

I’ve donated and encourage others to donate as well. I’ll give more as I can, as well. It’s more than about money, though; volunteer if you can’t give money.

Deanna — tee hee hee — I wasn’t addressing ‘you’ personally when I said to donate.

I know lots of people read your posts and comments without leaving a comment . I personally do everything I can — volunteer, make phone calls, etc. I have even registered to become a poll worker in Nov. but haven’t receiebd a response as yet. Every little thing we do helps.

America is in an extreme crisis mode –we must win otherwise I might have to move to Europe!

I didn’t take it that way, Paulette … I mentioned it to encourage others. :)
