I agree with you, Sammy. The “homosexual agenda” is the name for the wedge social conservatives are trying to drive. It’s a misnomer. There are gay people fighting for civil rights. I’m not sure how that amounts to a homosexual agenda.

I can’t agree with you more…Especially your last statement about gay families being a little different. I am just stunned at how we have presidential candidates that make these statements; or more stunning how people blindly believe them. There are many people out there that refuse to look at the whole issue and blindly listen to an “authority” figure on an issue.

My favorite part is when people refer to it as being part of the “homosexual agenda.” Frankly, I’ve never received an agenda regarding my homosexuality.

I think the worse part of this whole mess is that there are children out there suffering without good parents and there are those of us out there with good homes that are viewed as being bad because we are gay.

Jesus’ whole message was about love. The love the sinner hate the sin stuff is a cop out. People aren’t living up to what Jesus preached. It’s ironic, really — these are the most “Christian” people. People, for the most part, believe what they’re told and don’t think for themselves. People do indeed need to wake up.

‘The argument goes that gay people are out to convert children to being gay, so they’re trying to get to the kids when they’re young.’ Deanna — this has to be the most ignorant shyt I have ever heard (excuse the profanity!).

So ‘their’ warped thinking believes that gayness in ‘transferable’? If that was the case, if ‘gayness’ was contagious I would have been gay decades ago — I have spent too many nights dancing up a sweat (not a pretty sight) in gay clubs or just hanging with friends.

These mentally retarded people don’t get the point — children need safe loving homes period. I believe that children benefit from having two parents, so what if both parents are the same sex? What do these idiots think? That gay folks spend all day and night having wanton hot sex regardless of where they are and who’s watching?

People need to open their eyes and their minds and judge people base on their character not fear enabled foolishness. Children need stable, loving homes!

Free yourselves from mental slavery people — spread love not fear!
